Skinny Dip 13" at widest point This is a collaged assortment of bathing suit and other 'glitzy' fabrics from the garment district. Beads and Angelina fibres provide the extra sparkle. The backing fabric is a lush dupioni silk. Techniques include, free motion quilting, beading with a free form netting stitch, and needle lace edging. $250.00 Price includes shipping.

Sari ShellSize - 15" Long X 8" Wide (through the middle) Another collage, this time using pieces of a re-cycled Sari find. Glitter is provided by gold metallic yarn, and sequined scraps from a fuchsia wrap. The backing fabric is a lush dupioni silk and brass wire provides the structure. Machine wrapped braid was wrapped with Japanese seed beads, and then couched to the front. Techniques include free-motion quilting and needle lace edging. $250.00 Price includes shipping. |

Fleur de Nuit Bowl - 10 1/4 " at widest point Leaf 10 1/2 " wide X 13 1/2 " long The flower is a collaged assortment of recycled dressmaker fabrics, thick metallic thread and Angelina fibres. This assortment has been enhanced with thread painting, needle lace edging and beading that includes Swarovski crystals. Black wire was couched to the back for structure. The companion leaf is a raw edge, crazy quilted collage of fabrics. Machine wrapped braid was used for the binding. A sophisticated blend that evokes thoughts of midnight gardens, tenderly wrapped in moonlight. $250.00 Price includes shipping. |

Rainbow Swirls Bowl 11 3/4 X 11 3/4 Thread Mat 17" W X 9 1/2" L Rainbow swirls of thread nestle on inky velvet. Hand crushed and recycled. The lightly constructed bowl, sits on the coordinating thread painted mat. Wire wrapped crystals and beads, with matching swirls, accent the piece. Edges bound with machine made cords.
