Georgia on My Mind23” W X 22 ¾ “ H Research on the works of Georgia O'Keefe, inspired me to create the larger flower. My love of techniques, forced me to abandon any notion of simplicity. Strata pieced background with new and recycled materials. Dimensional flowers made from silk, Angelina fibres, Tyvek, wool rovings, beads, steel wire. Machine quilting, water soluble stabilizer, machine wrapped braid, couching, hand and machine embroidery. $1,200.00 Price includes shipping.

Escape Just think of all those little beads and squares tripping over each other to escape from the confines of their 8" W X 8" H box. A melange of recycled fabrics, cut, sewn and rearranged over, and over, and over again. No wonder they wanted to get out! Donated for Auction at the Textile Museum's Annual Auction, Toronto. 2006
